XDJ-RX2 Backward Track Search button does not work

hi, just bought xdj-rx2, noticed the track search button did not work, already try to enter test mode to test , all button working properly except this button, firmware already updated the latest one. still under warranty. anyone have experienced claim the warranty. Thank.

Are you using the XDJ in stand-alone or control mode?
