Have you opened the DJM-750MK2 Settings Utility and tried toggling the channel 1 & 2 outputs from the Control Tone PHONO to another option and back?
Also, which OS are you on?

Rekordbox dvs
hello ive updated my rekordbox also updated my 750mk2 however this started happening when kuvo asked for my authenticity, after that i cannot sync my DVS, everytime i startup rekorbox. it seems like the latest update doesnt recognize the signal from the turntable going to the mixer then computer

Yes I’ve tried this, no luck, I’m using windows 10 home 1013. Before the last update the left/right dvs jogs on the screen were significantly larger then after restarting my laptop they happen to display smaller(which I didn’t change any settings) the mixer gets a hum signal but nothing from the mixer to laptop via usb cable. But anytime I I switch my input from usb to pine phono the laptop recognizes the input movement

If you mean the display of the decks in rekordbox is different, did you possibly change the view from vertical to horizontal layout?
The input selection should be on your mixer should be the USB, not line or phono.
As for humming, that could be due to a bad grounding or ground loop between your computer and the rest of your DJ gear. If you disconnect the computer's power supply (if it's a laptop), does the hum go away?
