Xdj-rr usb not coming up on screen

I have recently brought a xdj-rr and purchased a Samsung bar usb (256gb). When I plug it into the USB slot the USB 1 button flashes and the red light on the slot does to but none of my songs come up and it shows a error. I have read another article about this but it didn’t help so I was seeing if anyone here could help me with this. Thanks

I'm not 100% sure where the problem is in this case, it could be the drive itself isn't compatible, but it could simply be to how it was formatted; if it's not FAT32 or HFS+ it won't work, but if it's set to one and not working, try the other.
