Ddj srRight side cue botton malfunction

DDJ-SR right cue button issues

I'm experiencing an issue after using the controller for 4 years without a problem.

I have tried this on Windows computers and on Macbook pro using Serato and Rekordbox, the issue persists across all of those scenarios.

The issue is that on the right deck, if I press the cue button, it does go back to the cue point but continues playing. Sometimes if I press the button in different areas, it will go back to cue and stop.

However, there doesn't appear to be an area where it's consistent.The left deck cue button however works completely fine.

Sometimes when i press the cue button on the right deck actually made the track playing on the left deck go back to the cue point, or if i press shift+cue on right side, sometimes the tracks gets restarted on both sides, or if i press sync botton the light goes crazy on the right side.

The left side works completely fine unless it gets affect from the right side like i explained.

I tried firmware update and changed the cable,still same issue.

Am using a powered usb hub ( external power to the DDJ-SR as always for the last 4 years)

No spillage and no dust at all, i always put the DDJ-SR back in its box if am not using it and it's been well looked after, like brand new.

 Any advise will be appreciated.
