Yes.
Close the Sync Manager.
Right-click on the Playlists folder on the Device, then select Import.

delete playlists on rekordbox
Hi,
I have a question, all my playlists are deleted on rekordbox but they are all still see when I click Sync Manager, and then at my usb look there is a possibility that they can put back into rekordbox from my usb stick

Yes - doing my instructions above on a single playlist would be just that one, but if you right-click on the playlist folder and import that, it would do them all at once.
