DDJ-800 wont play from rekordbox through monitors

Ive recently purchased a DDJ-800 and DM-40 monitors. when i open rekordbox and click play on a song there is no sound. ive got the audio plugged into the master output and into the monitors (monitors work, ive tried plugging them into computor and play through spotiy). Ive got the audio settings in rekordbox set to master output.

Hey Matt,

Congrats on the new gear!

When you're playing through rekordbox, do you have the DDJ-800 set as the audio device within the preferences?

Are the channel input selector switches set to Deck 1 and Deck 2?

Have you adjusted the gain on the channel to show signal on the meter?
