If it's not showing in the system report on either computer, then it's certainly a hardware issue. Please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
Hi,
I purchased this DDJ400 around 6 months ago. I used it in the beginning, and everything was working smoothly.
However, after a couple of months of no use, I am trying to connect it now, but no luck.
I am on Catalina 10.15.2.
I tried checking in the USB tab in System Report, there's nothing. Same in the MIDI studio.
When I try to upgrade the firmware, it says that the controller is not connected.
I have tried with a different cable, and in a different laptop (Mac 10.11.6), doesn't work there either.
When connected, the lights do turn un.
I am really lost as to what I should try next. Any suggestions welcome.
