Should probably add that the issue was not caused by the stream, as this was completely separate via phono leads to another laptop and sound card.
So started encountering issues with my DDJ-1000 during a live stream last night. I remember this happening once when I first starting using it, but I have never had problems since. Last night this issue occurred 4 times over a 2hr30min live stream.
Audio of the issue:

I have rebooted the MacBook. I have tried updating to the most recent Rekordbox. Uninstalling device drivers and reinstalling. Firmware and driver is up to date.
I have a 2019 Macbook Pro, with Catalina (10.15.2)
Any ideas?

Try increasing the audio buffer size in the preferences and disable any background tasks. Next time, open the Activity Monitor and check to see what other applications might have been using the CPU.
Thanks for the reply. So after listening to the audio uploaded, you think this is due to my macbook struggling?
Yep, that sounds like a buffer underrun due to other applications hogging resources.
