Hi, I bought a secondhand DDJ-RR yesterday (Year of production 2017). Is it possible that the included Rekordbox Key is one letter too long? I can not activate the current version of rekordbox with this key. The Rekordbox Disc is Version 1.4. I think this is not the Version which came with the controller. Do you agree? Which version of rekordbox was delivered with the DDJ-RR? Thanks!
That's not the version that came with the RR; it would have been 5.something at the earliest, and certainly not a CD. The keys for 1.x or 2.x are not valid for 4 or newer. If you did not get a copy of the software with the RR, you'll have to ask the seller for the proper key.
