The problem is actually more likely your computer. Several things to try:
- If you're using a laptop, disconnect the power supply and see if the noise persists. If it stops, the issue was your charging circuit within the laptop not having proper shielding from the USB circuit(s).
- Try using a different USB port. Some have better isolation / shielding from others.
- Try using a different USB cable, if possible, one with a ferrite core.
- Ensure that the computer, controller, and speakers are all connected to the same power circuit.
- If you're using a Windows-based computer, follow the instructions here to disable the Intel Turbo Boost.
