Just as feedback to the new license plan: please also support legacy users - XDJ-RX had a free RB5 license, but now requires a subscription - not a good signal to send to existing users!
Sorry, the XDJ-RX had a short promotional period where there was one available, however it was not something that was included for all users. Regrettably the XDJ-RX is not a hardware unlock device and requires a subscription to use the performance features of rekordbox 6.

XDJ-RX bought new including a functional Rekordbox license key up to the V5 in performance mode, and for the V6 we have to pay a second time to have the same Performance function !!??
If this is the case, this is the first time in my life that I pay the same function a second time.... (it's like bought a PRODUIT today, and repaid that same PRODUIT a few years later while being the original buyer).
I would have preferred to pay a subscription or a new license for an option or function that does not exist in the V6 version. This would have been more honest and favorable to the many users of your software and hardware, as well as to Pioneer ...
That is correct, and no different than if you bought Microsoft Office 2012 and then wanted Office 2016, so bought that as well. This is a major version upgrade and requires a new purchase for owners whose hardware does not unlock the software automatically.
Sorry, there is no longer an outright purchase option - we are now on a subscription model.

Besides I would be (we'll be) willing to pay a subscription for functions or options not present in versions prior to the V6, but there go back to the checkout for a mode, a function I'd already buy DESOLER and still DESOLER I say NO ...
Finally I give up VDJ - Serato to migrate to Rekordbox since its launch, from now on I do the opposite way - take back my 10-year-old VDj license, still valid and running full options, it's dingue eh progress ..!!
