Rekordbox 6 Crashed when transferring library

Hey guys so Rekordbox 6 crashed over night whilst I was migrating a monster library of video / audio stuff across.  Is it better to wipe Rekordbox 6 clean and start again or will reopening it and starting the library copy again suffice?  Obviously I don't want to commit to a 10 hour sync if my library is going to be corrupted at the end of it.
