This Comes out of frustration and Plea!
My RZX keeps dropping master volume in between sessions. Sometimes it hangs and a buzzing noise comes out until I hard reset.
I was having the problem with Rekordbox 5 and now it persists on Rekordbox 6. I thought the new Rekordbox software would solve my problem but to my dismay.
I am so tired of this. I spent years saving to buy this product. If we buy products from you then kindly give us the support we need. Not to mention the embarrassment I have faced in events. I ended up grounding the RZX in my bedroom because of this. I wanted to get the creative plan for Rekordbox 6 but with which trust should I look forward to it. You have made a great machine then at least look into hardware updates for issues that we may have. Just because Pioneer archived the production of this product does not mean our money is not worth it. I am not being rude in any way but this is so frustrating.
My Laptop Specs: HP Omen, Core i7 - 7700, 16gb Ram, 1TB HDD, 256Gb SSD, GTX 1050.
Please help the DDJ RZX Community. We aren't any different to those who buy even more expensive machines.
