RB6 DDJ-1000 DVS Absolute and Relative modes locked

I just updated to RB6 on my Mac and was happy to see that I can now use DVS as the DDJ-1000 is a hardware unlock device. When I enable DVS in settings I cannot select Absolute or Relative modes as they are locked in RB6 (even though my DDJ-1000 should unlock these modes). All I can select is Internal as the other two options have a padlock next to them.

Please let me know if this is a bug.

Hello Pioneer DDJ-1000 does not unlock DVS you need to buy a license every month.

But on the plans page it says "With Hardware Unlock devices, you can use Core plan functions too." Core plan functions include DVS control. DDJ-1000 is a DVS ready hardware unlock device.

That is extremely misleading, I have just wasted £40 on control vinyl. Why should I have to pay £1100 for a DVS ready controller then pay monthly to use DVS.

That's really unbelievable. I did the same mistake - when you only look at the unlock devices you won't see that you have to pay.

Why should I pay for a part of a Software that's already implemented? The soundcard in the Controller is designed for that - so I already paid the part of Hardware that makes it possible to use DVS.

That's a hustle!

Tell me about it. They didn't make it clear at all. Not like the DDJ-1000 is a £200 controller.
