*PLEASE HELP!* Rekordbox Data gets deleted after I add tracks to a Playlist ?

Apologies if this has already been covered but i couldn't seem to find this issue elsewhere!

I have a very annoying issue within Rekordbox that when, after I've added tracks to a Playlist that I've created (within RB on the External HD I use for DJing), the RB 'Data' seems to get deleted.  The track remains on my External HD in exactly the same location, however I can no longer 'search' for these tracks on my CDJs - I have to manually search alphabetically for them through the folder that it's located in and select it.  And once selected it doesn't show the scrolling waveform that you usually see at the top half of the CDJ display.  As i mentioned, it's almost as though the Rekordbox 'Data' gets deleted.

A very annoying issue that completely puts me off using the Playlist function, as it causes so much leg work afterwards having to re-analyse the tracks through Rekordbox again.

Has anyone else experienced this before and is there a way round it?  Can anyone help or suggest anything?  It's driving me nuts!

*Please note this is also not exclusive to any specific software version, or hardware either!  I've had the same issue since I started using Rekordbox over the past 4 years, versions 3, 4, 5 & 6.  And also with the following equipment CDJ-2000, CDJ-2000NXS, CDJ-2000NXS2 & CDJ-900NXS.
