I have a Pioneer DDJ SX2, when I use the desktop app of Spotify skips all the songs or says "Spotify can't play this song, please locate from your local files" with games and apps installed (except Windows Player or VLC) I don't have sound. Other web players like Spotify Web or YouTube sounds well.
With the motherboard (Realtek) there's no problem and I have the headphones now connected and all aplicattions and games sound well but I have my speakers connected to the Pionner, so when i want to listen to my speakers I'd like to use the Pioneer but there's that problem.
Solutions that I have tried
-Reinstall Spotify normal and clean method.
-Install and update drivers of sound cards.
-Try some settings in Spotify app like normal quality, disable hardware acceleration, automix, and other stuff...
-Install Java and Flash Player.
-Select the sound card as default device. If Spotify is open it sounds, but when I restart Spotify the problem start again.
-Restart Windows Endpoint Builder.
-Change from 24 bits to 16 bits.
I think the problem is with the drivers, becuase if I select in Device Manager > Sound Controllers the Pioneer DDJ SX2 the driver that is shown is "Generic USB" by Microsoft.
Sorry for my English, I'm Spanish and it's a little difficult for me writte in English.
Thanks and greetings.
