ddj 200 headphone cue not working, bleed through master

Having exactly the same issue as others ,it works fine on my huawei mate 20 lite with wedj but on my sons phone on wedj he has same issue as us all on rekordbox, try to monitor and cue headphones but as soon as you press either 1 or 2 depending which deck your trying to cue, and that deck then starts to come through main speaker. 

ive only had this 2 days and already starting to regret the purchase. as whats the point if you cant monitor and pre cue through your head phones, might as well be pressing skip from one cd to the next.

yes ive read all previous posts without anyone getting a final answer and solution. I have adhered to making sure headphone split is on, and yes the settings as shown are all being followed.

So is there a solution for this or not as i would like to have something that does what its supposed too.
