Version 6 ASIO Frustrations

I'm at my wits end with Pioneer..

I spent days troubleshooting version 5 issues with DVS, drivers, and crashes. Finally opted to download version 6. Got it working on my other pc. Decided to transition to my brand new Acer Predator Helios 700 and all its power.

I did an clean installation of 6 on my new gaming laptop, installed the drivers, opted for the Creative plan despite no Android support and am now running into an issue I never saw in version 5.

When selecting the "output audio to pc..." option, the DDJ-1000 ASIO defaults to a "No Audio Device" setting. I've searched forums, YouTube, and everywhere else.

I uninstalled the driver package, rebooted l, reinstalled, access Utility Mode and restarted the DDJ, verified antivirus isn't blocking the driver, and repeated these steps over and over and over again.

This is a brand new, powerhouse of a laptop running Windows 10 64 bit. All I want is for this to work. I've spent days troubleshooting 5, then 6, DVS issues, driver problems, and I'm reaching a point where selling this controller and just buying a Serato mixer and going with Serato is a very appealing alternative.

Can ANYONE offer any advice of what I can possibly try to get this damn thing to work?

I have my clean version of 5.8.5 running fine in no time. When I try to buy a DVS license it now just links to the version 6 screen.

So I'm basically stuck now. 6 won't allow the audio driver to function. 5 won't let me buy DVS. My new turntables are useless pending buying a new mixer. Thanks Pioneer.
