Ddj200 master cue not working

Just purchased the 200’s and have set them up with the steps provided and on YouTube. The master cue doesn’t work and I’m unable to hear out of channel one and two. I believe my setting are correct on my iPhone and in the app. YouTube is absolutely useless so I’m here for some help
