Following from Pulse's somewhat blunt suggestion to travel lighter, and use a usb device rather than carry my laptop around with me, I am struggling to export several playlists to a 512GB SD Card.
I only have 350Gb of music on my Macbook, but it would appear that because I've got numerous playlists - some of which contain the same tracks - Rekordbox is trying to copy the physical track more than once to the Card, and the card is "Out of Space".
Perhaps Pulse might respond with a more "Professional" response to this, rather than be blunt, and downright condescending. and then closing the topic for additional comments so he has the final word?

Are you on version 6?
Version 5 doesn't copy the same track multiple times.
But remember - the music isn't the only thing which is getting copied to the USB drive or SD card. Libray DB, Analysis data and album art get copied as well.
You may check your SD card to how much space the other data is using.
