Update error xdj-rx2

my xdj-rx2 asked to update after having done maintenance 
of his sample card, at the time of the update there was an 
error in the sub now it does not accept update it always shows 
the same error, I have a tnm5000 recorder if someone has the 
chip beckup it would be great help.
