SB3 not upgrading to Serato DJ pro

hi, i paid for an upgrade to Serato DJ Pro from Serato DJ lite and the sb3 is still unresponsive. When i try to activate it the SB3's hardwear isnt registered in Serato DJ Pro's selection menu and i really dont know what to do. please help haha
