DDJ 1000 USB EQ

Hello, i use the DDJ 1000 like a soundcard on W10 for my speaker and my DT770, it's work perfectly. But only on the master Output so the effect works but i don't care because it's just for my personnal music listening, but i want use EQ. 

So i want to know if it's possible to switch my Spotify music on channel 1,2,3 or 4 ?
