Linking XDJ RX to Web Conferencing

Hi I have a bit of a weird one. I have an XDJ RX and my workplace is doing a bit of a fun social gathering on WebEx (video conferencing, like zoom). We want to have a DJ live on the video conference and I'm wondering if it's possible. I have both a macbook pro and a dell laptop and was thinking about trying to run the audio from the mixer into one of the laptops to broadcast on the video conference rather than playing the music out loud and just capturing it through the monitors > laptop speakers. Is this actually possible? I'm not sure if it's even possible and how I would go about it. It's just so everyone in the call can hear the audio as if it was playing through my laptop rather than outloud on speakers. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Though i have not tried this approach i think it should  work if you are just sending a line out / monitor out from your XDJ-RX into your laptop and making  Zoom ( web conf tool ) to use the computer audio / mic input .

Not sure how good the quality will be yet better than picking up from an external mic.

Alternatively , you can also use Rekordbox and stream to youtube or other stream services which happens through the laptop itself and can give you good quality audio .

Hope it helps .

Thanks so much for this! I've connected the XDJ RX to my macbook and it's midi controlled and the sound is coming out of my macbook speakers fine. But if I go to connect audio its not coming up as registering the controller. I'm trying to set up a soundflower as if I was streaming but it doesn't come up as an audio device on the right to select. Any ideas why?

Since i dont use the mac to connect the RX2 i am not sure how to help.

You mentioned that you had the option of using  a Dell laptop , why dont you try using that one  instead ?
