Organising tunes

I have about 8 folders on my laptop with around 3000 tunes in total. I’ve loaded them all into rekordbox, analysed them and sorted them into playlists. I have then gone into the folders on the laptop to have a bit of a sort out. I’ve: - Added some new tunes - Changed the names of some tunes - Swapped some into other folders - Deleted some Do I then have to delete everything from rekordbox and re-upload and re-analyse them all or is there a better way and faster way to do this?
