Sorry, the manual is probably outdated for that passage; the phrase functions are only available within the PERFORMANCE mode, not EXPORT.

Phrase Editor missing in 'export'
when in export mode phrase editor does not show up. I understand what export mode is for - but as RB matured export mode is becoming more of preparation mode as we can now adjust mp4 in export. on to my point ,
It's in the manual phrase edit should be in export mode ( 17 )
I have it checked as enlarged and full waveform in performance mode but.......
......... BUT in Export there is no option to view phrase.
Just to add - as RB matures it would be cool if 'export mode' was more "prepare mode" that you can adjust grids, phrases, preview and view lyrics & videos as well as make lighting adjustments.
