Rekordbox 6: Do a mix on CDJ 2000's using SD card and history not fully transfered when re-connecting to mac

I have encountered a problem a couple of times now with Rekordbox 6 (never came across this on all previous versions of Rekordbox) and history.

Following a mix on my CDJ2000, when I reconnect my SD to my Macbook Pro the history that is created correctly on the CDJ 2000 is not fully transferred when I connect my (Sandisk) SD card to my Mac. The SD is 16g with 8.2g spare capacity.

Macbook Pro 2015 (2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7) running Catalina 10.15.4.

I took some photos of the history in CDJs and then the comparison in Rekordbox - photos 1 to 5.

FYI - I had reanalysed ever track in the new version of Rekordbox and deleted every track off the SD before putting a Rekordbox version 6 analysed track back on the SD before playing.

I had another mix last night and did not take photos and the transfer is even worse.
