I uploaded my library to the cloud but I still cant play my music

Recently my laptop broke and I bought a new one. Rekordbox 6 arrived just in time for me to transfer my library to my new laptop. I got the creative plan and got the 2TB dropbox plan. I uploaded my library to the cloud and sure enough all my playlists and songs showed up on my new laptop. The problem is that I cant play any of my music as when i try to load any song it says Load Error, file cannot be found. What am I missing or doing wrong?

Did you actually upload the songs to the cloud on the other computer? That's why they're showing as they are - the song itself is not physically available on the second computer.
