DDJ RB NOT WORKING ON REKORDBOX

Hi, My DDJ-RB is not working on RekordBox. The only thing that is working in the mixer panel is the filter. If I turn the volume all the way down there is still the same volume. Also de mixer is not working, if I play tracks on both decks I can’t turn one off. So the only thing that is working is the deck itself and the pads etc. and the filter but I can’t mix at all. Does anyone recognize this problem? I hope someone can help!

Jimmy,

First, open rekordbox, click the MIDI panel, then click the DEFAULTS button.

Next, open the preferences and check that the DDJ-RB is selected as the audio device, with the MASTER and PHONES selected accordingly for the outputs below.

And finally, are you on a Mac?

It’s working again, my audio was external so that was the problem 😅.

Finally, how can I connect my dm-40 speakers to my DDJ-RB?
