I have 2 CDJ2000's I want to connect to the DJM900 nexus2 I know the basics of the line outs but I have some questions on a few things, I presently have the 2 CDJ's connected to a DJ controller with the LAN cable between both, I saw I need a LAN cable hub to run the mixer LAN cable as well? Does the hub need to be powered? Does the hub need to have a USB and if so where does it plug into?
Second I want to use the mixer output to record to a Laptop using Audacity. I need to be able to mute the microphone on the recorded set ( its from a Live Stream) I know I have to route the signals so would I have to use a SECOND laptop to control all this or can I just go from the mixer out ?

Ok I was able to figure out the routing from the 900nexus to one of my laptops I got it to work so now the one question from before exists.
DO I need a powered LAN hub to connect 2 CDJ2000's and the DJM900?
