DJM - 900 Nexus USB Input/Output Not Connected

Hello,

I've had my DJM-900 Nexus for a while now and I've never had any issues with it until now. When I plug in my USB cable from my PC to the DJM all I get is the Not Connected message. 

Trouble Shooting I have done

-Updated the firmware on the DJM

-Tired different USB cables

-Tried both Mac and PC

If anyone has had a similar issue please let me know what you did to resolve it. If there is a way to reset the DJM please let me know.
