Why is no one helping? Does this forum not work?

This is my 3rd attempt, after calling on getting help. Its been 4 days now and no response...

I recently purchased a DDJ-WeGo2-k from a friend. They previously had it working on their computer, but when I went home to plug everything in, Serato & Rekordbox was not picking it up. I updated drivers, Downloaded the most recent firmware, setup the cables accordingly to the manual, but my controller still doesn’t work when I try to press buttons or use the turn table. It lights up, and says it’s connected to my computer and speakers.

I even unplugged the cords and plugged them into different sockets, I bought 2 of the same cables just to be sure it wasn’t the cables, I uninstalled both Rekordbox and Serato, reinstalled, but still... it won’t work. I’ve been trying for days now, I don’t know what is wrong

Because we recently launched rekordbox 6, and there are more DJs at home needing help, and as such, we have had more inquiries than usual. Thanks for your patience; I've answered you here. Please don't cross-post.
