Rekordbox 6 cannot find file

i have the same proublem i went to import it from v5 to v6 it says please wait and does nothing go to cancel my computor says recorderbox not responding i could use some help

@pioneer dj i have my dropbox enabled why im doing import from 5 to 6 am i missing something here

@pioneer dj i did display missing files it went auto relocate in my computor hardrive it checked it did not auto relocate to my external drive where all the files are how do you get it to go to your external drive i did relocate on a file and it work that way to my external drive i cant do one by one on that also how do i work from my dropbox instead of my external drive 

Of course I do have Recordbox enable, I wouldn't have been able to sync the library without this.

The point is that I do not sync the files with Dropbox. I just want to sync the library and the files stored on an external drive. As I said Rekordbox does show the correct file location but the file cannot be loaded.

@pioneerdj My problem is when I go to File/Library from ver 5 to ver 6 then a window comes up and says please wait and sits there and nothin happens am I missing something here is it freezeing up? please help me on this  I also tried it on my other computer and the same thing happens 

so i got it to work on libraury file ver 5 to ver 6 so now i have triple the music double playlists and no cue points how do i fix that or what to do next please help
