Ddj 1000srt 1st channel goes into "Thru" mode

While mixing the left jog wheel or channel one randomly becomes unresponsive. It appears to enter itself into "thru" mode. I can still hear channel 1 but the left jog wheel is not responding and the LED on the jog wheel indicates nothing playing.

Check that the input selector switch is properly assigned to the USB currently in use:

Try toggling the switch over to the right and back. If it's still a problem try using USB-B and see if that issue persists.
