If you're in rekordbox 6, you need to make sure the free plan is activated - click the MY PAGE button and open the PLAN page to verify.
Also, make sure rekordbox is in PERFORMANCE mode.

CDJ 350 to Rekord Box
I have recently purchased some second hand CDJ350's and have now started a free trail with Rekordbox box but i cant get my CDJ's working with it. The audio works as i can press play on my laptop and adjust the volume and all other things on my mixer but the CDJ doesn't control anything on Rekord box. I have connected the CDJ via USB to my laptop and have them in control mode but nothing happens.
Please need help setting it all up!
