You should enable automatic hot cue's and automatic cue's on the RX2. It's in the manual on page 17 where you can find how to do this. On the screen of the RX2 you can see if it's enabled/disabled.

Rekordbox cues missing on XDJ-RX2
Hi everyone
After a lot of deejaying in small bars and clubs, I finally decided to buy a XDJ-RX2. I enjoy using the RX2, but I have some problems with the cues, problems that I don't have when I'm playing on 2 CDJ's with a DJM.
When I play on my RX2 via an exported USB, it seems like the RX2 doesn't recognise any cues. On Rekordbox, cues are automatically set. All my playlists have been checked on BPM and all have a cue set in Rekordbox, but after exporting all playlist to my USB, the cues are not appearing on the XDJ-2. When I load a random track on deck 1 or 2, it just starts playing and tapping the cue button has no effect. So I always need to pause the track, scroll back to the beginning, set the cue and than start to mix :(
Did I miss a setting in Rekordbox or on the RX2? Is it possible to auto-save cues that I set on the RX2 to my USB? Currently, everytime I set a cue I use the 'save to memory' button, but even that doesn't save the cues to the USB (or maybe I'm doing something wrong)
Anyway, thanks for your time to help me out. I really appreciate it!
Dries

I checked the settings and it was on 'Rekordbox' (I suppose it mean it chooses the Rekordbox setting wich was turned ON). I set it to 'on' to check, but without any result. Still the same: tracks with a cue in Rekordbox don't have a cue on the RX2 and the track automatically starts playing... Thanks for your help, but for the moment we haven't found the solution...
Press and hold the Time button to turn on AUTO CUE.
At that time, make sure that UTILITY AUTO CUE LEVEL is set to MEMORY.
