On the current computer: File > Library > Backup Library
On the new computer: File > Library > Restore Library
Be sure you move all of the songs to the same location. You can do that manually (to retain the file folder structure you currently have), or you can allow rekordbox to do that as part of the backup process, but it will change the folder structure to Music\Artist\Album\Song.
