DJM-S9 DVS Issue

Looking for urgent help here!! Just bought my new DJM - S9 and when I connect to my Mac and serato it is failing to load and gives me an error code saying Error to load Midi XML Users I have updated all firmware and drivers plus tried on two different computers It shows for a split second the decks setting in serato then it vanished and under settings doesn’t show anything or my decks and only produces the USB rate Hope someone can help here
