The drive should be FAT32 or HFS+ with Master Boot Record (MBR). Did they work before? It could be the drive itself has a faulty memory controller.

USB Stick on FAT32 but CDJ says Format USB
Hello,
i have a problem with my Sticks.
I formatted my stick to delete the playlist history in the CDJ´s, the Stick was on FAT 32 before and my CDJ´s had no problem.
After the format from the USB my CDJ´s shows "Format USB"
Why he cant read my Stick?
I did all like before in Rekordbox, something happend at the format from the stick i think.
