If you're playing in rekordbox only, that's fine - the message is specific to the playback of those files from an export USB drive on those players.

Import of files that can be played only on certain CDJ/XDJ
I sometimes get a pop up when importing new files into my collection suggesting that I won't be able to play them with my DDJ-400:
I can't find any reference to this message anywhere and it doesn't seem to stop me from loading and playing the tracks so I'm just curious about what it actually means.

hi, same problem..
I have the nexus2000 and I'm playing WAV files all the time. Today for the first time the same message appears on rekordbox when I tried importing WAV/FLAC tracks which I bought from bandcamp. when I ignored and imported them anyway, it won't play on my nexus2000.
cant understand what's the problem
