Absolutely. If you don't use the Key Shift pad mode, you could map all 8 of those pads to do different things. Just open the MIDI editor and un-assign them first.
Hello,
It is possible to map any button in the controller to on/off CFX Filter?
I have DDJ-400 and Rekordbx.

Thanks for response. Ok, but I can't see any Color FX options in "ADD" button in MIDI editor.
Are you sure that is possibility to make "on/off Color FX" button in controller using MIDI editor?
Check my screen point. I want turn on or turn off this...
...using a one key in DDJ-400 controller.
I've found a way to sort of achieve this - it's not perfect but if you:
1. create a .csv file with these contents:
@file,1,DDJ-400
CFX4On,CFX4On+Shift,Button,9737,,,,,9737,,,,,RO;Fast,CFX FILTER On/Off
CFX4On,CFX4On+Shift,Button,9937,,,,,9937,,,,,RO;Fast,CFX FILTER On/Off
2. go rekordbox > midi > export > to save your current midi settings so you can roll back later
3. go rekordbox > midi > import > locate your .csv and import the .csv from step 1
This maps the bottom right pad (either deck) when in Sampler mode to CFX filter on / off (sort of)
Unfortunately filter is now only on when the pad is held down - when you release the pad filter is off.
It would be much better if filter could be toggled on / off but I couldn't find a way to achieve that.
NB the UI element in your screen grab doesn't seem to change to reflect the status of the filter when the pad is held down which is a shame and does mean that element can display as on when in fact it is off so this is far from perfect.
An alternative I found is if you go settings > controller > release fx > tick the "Apply RELEASE FX on CFX" box - then holding shift + clicking the blue affects button briefly cancels the filter (but you then have to turn it on again by clicking the UI element in your screen shot).
I hope this helps!
step 3 should say:
3. go rekordbox > midi > import > locate your .csv from step 1 and import it (close import window after)
PS This has been tested in rb 5 (not 6)
