Backup only master.db to Google Drive or DB

Now that Google Drive changed,,,,,again,,,  now from "Backup and sync" to Google Drive Desktop, you can no longer set files in a folder that you do not want to sync, it only syncs the entire folder, 

I used to backup the ~/library/Pioneer folder and tell it to exclude the 200,000 files that hold the analyzed data like .EXT and .DAT being it takes forever to sync them on every reboot but you can no longer do that

So my question is, is there a way to select JUST the master.db file to sync with google drive when you open and close Rekordbox?

I remember YEARS ago Pulse had posted I believe a Sudo command that made a copy of the file in the dropbox or google folder and would know to backup the file on close.

thanks if anyone has a workaround to get this to backup without manually backing it up every time I update the database
