recordbox and XDJ RX2 not working

hello,

I just bought a MSI Prestige I7 16gb. I installed the driver for the XDJ RX2. but when i start recordbox and i choose in the panel XDJ RX2 ASIO as soundcard. nothing happens my xdj won't work

Two things to check...

1) If you have Afterburner installed, please uninstall it.

2) Check that your RX2 is not selected as the default audio device for Windows under the Sound preferences. If it is, rekordbox can't assign it to the software because it's already in use.

3) If you have an 11th gen Intel CPU, please check the MSI support site for BIOS / audio driver updates as there is a known conflict which causes 3rd party audio / MIDI devices not to function properly.
