I'd suggest there may be an issue with the export database on the USB drive - try wiping the drive and re-export to see if that resolves it.

I've not been using my CDJs much recently. When I've analysed and prepared tracks and exported to USB, a message comes up on the CDJs 'rekordbox track analysis required for sync feature' even although this has already been done. It's like it does not recognise that the tracks are analysed. I've updated the firmware, the rekordbox software and tried a number of other things, but cannot get the sync to work. The same message comes up every time. So annoying! Can you help please?
