Pioneer cdj 2000 nexus e - 8307 usb drive error

When ill use the usb drive in cdj the error code e -8307 usb drive and usb not working what i do now..? Please help me @pioneerdj.com I dont know how it start again please tell me the possible way to restart the usb port again

The 8307 error is usually because the device did not respond in time (device timeout); please try formatting the USB to FAT32 and if that doesn't work, it could be that particular make / model is not compatible with the CDJ. Sorry!
