If I understand correctly, the problem you're having is when using the XZ as a controller for rekordbox or Serato?

j ai acheter le xdj xz et quand je branche mon ordi j ai pas de son qui sort en pre ecoute quand je met illustration hors j avais le xdj r2 ca fontionnais tres bien quand j ecoutais le pre ecoute avant de mettre la chanson sur la platine .
