Beamz H2000 not Working

Hello I have a big Problem with my Hazer Beamz H2000

it is in the Fixer List but it does´n Work !! no Fan and no Smoke/Haze are Working .

Please Check the Settings !!

Channel 1 Smoke   ..Setting ???  50%.   DMX 125 

Channel2 Fan   25% are OK this is a DMX setting around 60 (0-255)

And if is Possible to Create a Hot Button in Rekord Box for Start over Hot Cue Button on the controller ??? this was very Nice ;-)
