Is your collection fully analysed? Are all files / songs available? Do you have enough space on the destination drive?

Failed to back up collection
Hi,
I am trying to back up my collection using library, then back up however it zooms to 52% in a couple of seconds and then says "failed to back up collection" without any other explanation and nothing in the documents log.
it lets me back up without music but not with music. please can someone help?
