This is correct. Using Rekordbox, DDJ-1000 and Laptop running Ableton, all that can be achieved is that the BPM can be sync'd. The position of track is *not* sync'd and therefore it is impossible to get the clip playing in Ableton in time. In fact having Link active is worse that not having it active since if you try and use the "nudge" feature in Ableton it nudges both the Ableton clip and Rekordbox so they stay out of Sync. Using the start/stop Link is even worse because when you stop the Rekordbox deck you are cue'ing it all (playing Rekordbox decks and Ableton) stops. This feature is completely broken and useless at the moment, unless there is some magic config I am missing.
