Export rekordbox playlist to usb for XDJ-RR

My entire music collection is on usb, organised in folders. I added all this music to my rekordbox collection and created playlists in rekordbox based on genres. How do i get these playlists onto my usb stick so that when I insert it into xdj-rr it shows the playlists on the controller screen. PS. does the export duplicate the tracks on my drive to populate these playlists or just create some kinda link like desktop shortcut?
